October was an exciting month at Moor House Care Home, filled with seasonal activities and lively events! We embraced the crisp autumn days with outdoor walks, bringing fresh air and nature’s beauty to our residents. Musical afternoons brought the spirit of entertainment alive, featuring Denny as Elvis, Chris and a delightful singalong session with Paul. Residents also enjoyed a Halloween-themed community tea, a festive happy hour, and a thrilling “Strictly” dancing afternoon led by Simon from “Best Foot Forward.” In Gardening Club, we prepared for spring by planting daffodil, hyacinth, and tulip bulbs.
