October 2025 Newsletter

October was a busy month. The refurbishment of the lounge, hairdresser’s room and coffee bar began. Residents made cakes with Tania and Laura, and at the end of the month made Halloween cakes with Sally and Jenny. Some of the residents got to work on the vegetable beds in the garden. We met a new entertainer, Daniel Brewerton and had a lovely Rat Pack music afternoon. We ended the month with our community afternoon tea ‘Moor Teas’.
