At Moor House residential care home, we have a strong, committed and enthusiastic team, specialising in residential care. We understand that every resident is different, which is why we create a personalised care plan for each resident. That way, we can make sure individual needs are met and that Moor House truly feels like home. 

We can also support residents in arranging GP visits and other medical appointments. We have an active and dynamic social calendar developed by our dedicated activities coordinator. If residents value privacy, or wish to spend time with friends and family, we have relaxing spaces for residents to enjoy. Families and friends are always welcome to visit. They can drop in at any time, join residents for a meal, take part in one of our many activities or just spend time sitting with residents in our garden or one of our many indoor areas.
